Customer Service Policy

Tortuga is committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality products. We endeavour to make sure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct. Standard delivery timeframes are between 3-10 business days. However, due to COVID-19, delays are sometimes unavoidable and we hope you are more understanding during these difficult times.

In the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfil your order, we will notify you within two business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a backorder or a full refund.

Payment Options

We have 3 options:
Credit card - directly into our account
Debit card - directly into our account
PayPal - directly into our account
Once funds have been received and cleared, we will courier your items to your nominated postal address 
Please note: This must not be a PO Box as couriers only deliver to physical street addresses.
